foundation needed to guide students effectively. 1. Techniques Training & Practice (100 Hours)
Hands-on training with an experienced certified yoga teacher
Mastery of asanas, pranayama, meditation, kriyas, chanting, and mantra
Practical application in a yoga teaching environment
2. Teaching Methodology (10 Hours)
Principles of demonstration, observation, assisting, and correcting
Understanding teaching styles, instruction techniques, and student learning processes
Developing the qualities of an effective yoga teacher
3. Anatomy & Physiology (10 Hours)
Biomechanics of yoga, including exercise and fitness components
Understanding physical fitness, energy systems, and movement patterns
8+ hours dedicated to applying anatomy principles to yoga practice
4. Practicum Teaching (10 Hours)
Student teaching experience under supervision
Observing and assisting in live yoga classes
Combination of supervised and unsupervised teaching hours
5. Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics (8+ Hours)
Study of yoga philosophies, yogic lifestyle, and ethical guidelines
